I am very excited to be a part of 3M Health Care as it prepares to spin off in 2024. It has been an amazing to feel the positive energy of this team. I am proud to lead operational functions for the Americas area including Pricing, Point of Sale and Chargebacks, Customer Incentives, and Operational Communications. I have deep experience in process development, process improvement, business analytics and project management. My passion is data quality and master data management. This passion is built upon the experience that if the foundational data is right, the analytics teams can shine and find all the good in the data versus the bad. With my Black Belt assignment, I leveraged tools to help dissect problems and getting to the root cause. The role allowed me to be bold and ask questions to think of things differently. I have lead large teams and been an individual contributor over my history with 3M. As a consultant, I enjoyed bringing solutions to my clients and exceeding every expectation. I pride myself on the breadth of experiences I have gained in numerous roles at 3M but continue to gravitate towards data and analytics.
