I create and dispatch regular and emergency work orders for big clients across various industries in the U.S. These work orders pertain to alarm, extinguisher, sprinkler, elight, pump, hydrant, or backflow services. In addition, I filter and respond to numerous emails almost daily; I can make several phone calls each day to different vendors; and I utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, One Note to help make and keep track of all the work orders. CFP and its clients also have their own applications that are used for acceptance of work orders/purchase order numbers, any further communication, and to help document/create the work orders as well.

Input new members data, set up delivery schedules, and create menus for medically tailored meals; update clients' menus and other information, outreach: manage booths at different events, provide attendees information about LifeSpring's services, and make connections with attendees and other vendors to expand clientele; answer and respond to calls and voicemails regarding various clients' concerns, questions, and issues; review medical insurance documents under CalOptima/Medi-Cal, SCAN, and Blue Shield for confirmation of members' meal plans and dietary restrictions; utilize ServTracker and Voyant Translators to input, communicate, and/or gather information regarding clientele; communicate with fellow employees and management through Microsoft Outlook and Teams; print, email, and mail menus; and restock office supplies

Perform TMS treatments on patients who are suffering from mental illness, utilized the AdvancedMD EHR system to create and update patients’ forms regarding their medication history while taking note of the patients who qualify for TMS based on their insurance; added, rescheduled, and canceled patients’ appointments, kept track of patients’ payments and their attendance through Excel

I update insurance directories, a referral list of specialists, and SPD patient profiles to provide accurate information to providers and patients, therefore upholding the clinic's mission to give top-quality care to patients. I also filled out and sent referrals and prior authorizations for patients. Furthermore, the information I update primarily pertains to clinics, specialists, and patients in these areas: Chino, Eastvale, Corona, El Monte, and Irvine. Platforms used to make updates involve Google Spreadsheets and Athena. When not performing administrative tasks, I assist the PA or MAs with clinical tasks including pap smear tests and blood drives.

Greeted and assisted customers, processed and put new inventory on the sales floor, tidied various sections of the store, retrieved online orders in-store for customers, swept the floor of the store, sanitized the bathroom, wipe down windows, lint rolled clothes, rearranged display fixtures, went on trash runs, help open and close the store, partake in surveys involving product feedback, and conducted all tasks under the implementation of the Kaisen business model.

Greeted customers at the front door, operated the cash registers, helped customers look for merchandise, received plenty of favorable customer reviews, reticketed items, input new merchandise into the store system, restocked merchandise, assisted customers at the fitting rooms, helped maintain the appearance of the store.
