• Led operations team in delivery of organization’s first ever comprehensive Time and Attendance Bar Code Implementation project. Developed and support high-performing culture to facilitate sharing information and developing solution to meet diverse deliverables resulting in savings of $100k to the organization. Implemented across 2 divisions (Owatonna, MN and Medway, MA)• In parallel, led many smaller project teams to streamline and facilitate operations.• Was a functional PjM and trainer on new companywide SW system (PeopleSoft) for installation, and additional large update.

Manage Purchasing, Planning, Inventory Control, and Shipping. In conjunction with that, I also was a leader for the Owatonna facility on many large projects, such as implementation (2000) and upgrade (2006/2007) to our computer systems, moving our facility, as well as many job related projects.

Worked directly with International customers to insure satisfaction, and smooth delivery to detailed specifications.

Worked directly with sales territories and large accounts to insure customer satisfaction in regard to product and shipments. I worked for the fleece division which closed shortly after I left.
