Jennifer Scott is a seasoned luxury communications professional with a proven track record of creating exceptional brand experiences and building lasting stories with media. For more than 20 years, Jennifer has worked on some of the most iconic brands in the world of wine, with a primary focus on luxury and imported wines from top wine regions. Jennifer’s expertise includes media relations, brand storytelling, luxury partnerships, project management and event creation and execution. Throughout her career, Jennifer has worked to build unique programs and communication strategies to differentiate her wines and increase their popularity. In 2023, Jennifer founded Pressed Public Relations, a full service PR agency focused on helping luxury wineries tell their unique stories.For thirteen years, Jennifer served as Director of Communications, Luxury & Imports at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates. In this capacity, she oversaw all communications for Marchesi Antinori (Italy), Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars and Conn Creek (Napa Valley), Patz & Hall (Sonoma) and Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte (France). Prior to joining Ste. Michelle Wine Estates, Jennifer was the Director of Public Relations – Luxury at Foster’s Wine Estates (now Treasury Wine Estates) for four years. In this role she managed public relations strategy for Chateau St. Jean (Sonoma), Etude and Stags’ Leap Winery (Napa Valley) and, for a short time, Beringer (Napa Valley). Jennifer began her career in wine at a Napa-based PR agency as lead of the Constellation Wines account, working on brands from Australia, New Zealand, Chile, California and Washington state. Jennifer has built relationships with top media across wine, travel and lifestyle publications. She has a deep understanding of the luxury market and how to gain attention in a very competitive sector. She prides herself on her people management skills and relishes her role as a mentor. Before moving to California, Jennifer worked on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC for nearly a decade as a press secretary and deputy chief of staff to a U.S. Congressman. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the George Washington University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Washington. She earned the WSET Level III certificate in Wine & Spirits. She has traveled to more than 35 countries and been to every top wine region around the world.
