Anyone who has ever met me could probably tell right away that I'm a passionate person. Whatever it is that I do, I put my heart and soul into it. I am not afraid to put my heart on my sleeve. Whether it is taking a photograph, leading a team or anything in between, you will get someone who is driven for success, someone who will look at things a little differently to find a solution and someone who is determined to make it work. I have 3 years in an administrative role for the CFO of a company. In my time I have created an implemented best practices in Human Resources and Health and Safety. With over , 25 years in customer relations and guest services , including 14 years store management experience and 22 overall retail management, I can identify where there are areas for improvement and can provide suggestions to make it better. I also have over 20 years theatre experience and over 10 years running my own photography company. I have lead, cast, mentored and coached people for most of my life in some capacity. It is something that I can confidently say that I am good at and my former staff and clients will support my claims.I'm not perfect, but I am aware of what I need to work on and am doing just that. If we don't acknowledge our flaws, then we won't really have anything to look forward to when we do fix it.
