Position required flexibility and adaptability to changing technology and staff reductions. An 18-person staff was reduced to just me. A self-motivated worker, I continued to produce quality work for 6 months with no supervisor. Using three different computer programs, archived print and online stories with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch newspaper. Ensured accuracy of content which required proofreading, editing and database updates. Interacted with customers on a daily basis resolving issues with newspaper subscriptions and published content. Interacted with Library of Congress and vendors to ensure the publication was accurately replicated for online access.
