I'm Dr. Jennifer Shaer, a pediatrician, Chief Wellness Officer at Allied Physicians Group, and a Certified Executive and Life Coach to pediatricians who are fed up and want to save or recreate their career in order to live their best life.With a strong commitment to personal empowerment and holistic well-being, my mission is to "heal the healers" and transform healthcare to positively impact the physical and emotional health of as many people as possible.For over 20 years, I have provided support to individual children and families as a pediatrician. In my role as the Chief Wellness Officer at Allied Physicians Group, I am entrusted with promoting and supporting the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of our physicians. By collaborating with other leaders within the company, I integrate physician well-being into our strategic planning, policies, and procedures. This enables us to foster a supportive environment where our physicians can personally and professionally thrive.Outside of my professional endeavors, I find joy in practicing yoga, hiking, and meditation, which help me maintain balance and perspective in both my work and personal life.
