- Manage multiple homeowner association communities throughout the twin cities and Hudson, WI. Act as an advisory agent to the board of directors of each housing association, assist with management and enforcement of governing documents as directed by the board, and provide third-party customer service contact for the homeowners. - Organize and notify homeowners of meetings, distribute meeting minutes, respond to homeowner phone calls, and email requests, resolve complaints, coordinate insurance claims.
