Senior Military Operations Analyst
CurrentServes as a Senior Military Operations Analyst on an OASIS contract supporting the International Partner Operations Support Division (IP OSD) Chief, U.S. Space Force, Space Operations Command. Provides operational support to SATCOM International Partnership programs - specifically, supporting SATCOM International Partnership Memorandums of Understanding (MOU). Responsible for trend analyses of International Partners accessing US satellite and ground systems and reporting International Partner usage of SATCOM Systems. Uses strong Microsoft products skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Adobe skills to create, edit, and publish detailed SATCOM operations reporting to O-6 level Operations Support Working Group (OSWG) Partners at Project Status Reviews; and to International Partner General Officer-level Steering Committee, as defined in MOUs, related to resource usage of assets defined in MOUs, including, but not limited to Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS). Develops SATCOM operations processes and procedures, aligned with existing US policy, for International Partner access to SATCOM. Hosts and contributes to action officer-level working groups to include Planning Working Groups, Technical Interchange Meetings, and other meetings as defined within approved MOUs. Tracks and reports reimbursable budget details IAW established financial management plans. Develops and maintains effective relationships with US and International project stakeholders by communicating effectively, both orally and in writing, including writing plans and technical documents, requirements, procedures, and technical analysis. Uses critical thinking skills to organize work, set changing priorities, and determine resource requirements. In addition, determine defined goals and strategies to achieve them; coordinates with other organizations; monitor progress, and evaluate outcomes.
