As an underwriting specialist of multifamily mortgage loan insurance for CMHC, I conduct financial risk assessments on borrowers, markets, and the physical asset to ensure a loan is within the federal government's risk appetite. I am also a key contributor to the Corporation's goal for which every Canadian will have a home that meets their needs by 2030. To this end, I have a keen interest in affordable housing solutions.
