With over 15 years of human resources and business management experience, I am a SHRM Certified Professional and a Certified DEI&B Specialist who leads the people strategy at Hollaway Environmental + Communication Services, Inc. Hollaway is a company that provides environmental consulting, communications, and creative services to clients in various industries. As the Chief People Officer, I partner with the executive team and the managers to foster an inclusive culture that aligns with Hollaway's mission, vision, and values. I also provide expertise and support in performance management, employee relations, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, policy development, and HR compliance. I have successfully implemented multiple initiatives to improve employee retention, satisfaction, and productivity, such as creating a DEI&B committee, launching a professional development program, and streamlining the performance review process.
