Landmark Developers is a boutique real estate development company known for transforming historical and underutilized properties into unique venues. My role starts at the acquisition of new properties or evaluating new opportunities at existing assets, performing due diligence, feasibility and income projections. In my time here, we have successfully obtained Site Plan approvals on 10 projects, including the 42 AC Elkins Estates with more in pipeline.

Commercial Real Estate representation- Retail leasing, dispositions, mixed use development and asset repositioning as well as market analysis and strategic planning.

Branded and developed the commercial arm of Era Justin, an already successful residential real estate firm. Acquired new business opportunities through assignment pitches and referrals. Provided consulting services to commercial property owners. Performed site selection and acquisition for business owners and developers. Prepared and negotiated offers.

As Director at Colliers International, I was part of the NJ retail team. I performed market analysis and consulting services for NJ Developers and marketed properties for lease and sale, focusing primarily on retail and mixed use projects as well as stand alone buildings and downtown locations.

As part of the retail team and Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield, I worked on both landlord and tenant representation assignments. My main focus was on Retail leasing, dispositions, mixed use development and asset repositioning as well as portfolio and market analysis and strategic planning. I worked directly with national retailers including AC Moore, Burger King and Cabela's as well as prominent NJ Developers, LCOR, The Lefrak Organization, and many others.

In my role as Asset Manager in the Property Development Department of Toys R Us, I managed a portfolio of owned and leased locations throughout the country and Puerto Rico. The position included a vast range of responsibilities, including increasing property value by pad site development, re-negotiating lease terms, operating and easement agreements, rent restructures, surplus leasing, and the coordination of companywide initiatives and construction projects.
