After nearly 3 years with EY, I have gained valuable experience supporting executive level leaders for our company. I support a variety of market sector roles within our Consulting Firm ranging from financial services, advanced manufacturing and mining, entertainment and healthcare. I have diverse previous experience in wildlife management, horticulture and the dental industry. Prior to joining EY, I was the patient coordinator for the managing dentist in a local practice for 5 years. There, I learned the power of connecting with clients as well as peers. Attention to detail and complex problem solving was a must in that fast-paced environment. I developed long term project management while working as the manager of a local plant nursery that served both wholesale customers and individuals. I was responsible for a variety of managerial tasks for employees, but also for all equipment maintenance schedules, growing schedules, procurement and even a little bit of marketing. My sense of reliability and ability to overcome adversity comes from my years working for the state of Arizona as a Wildlife Tech. Working both in teams, but also frequently alone in back country locations to collect data was one of the greatest times in my life. The terrain was rugged, the climates often extreme, but the rewards for the hard work always paid off. As I have learned in life, the amount of effort one puts in, will determine the reward one receives. A fan of Teddy Roosevelt and his nature-bound exploits, I have always looked to do the hard thing, to grow in any moment of weakness to my best potential.
