Jennifer joined Gonser Gerber in August 2011 as the Executive Director of the Gonser Gerber Institute. In this role, she provides the strategic vision, leadership, and implementation for all of the programming within the Gonser Gerber Institute. Launched in 2012, the Institute implements educational conferences, webcasts, and customized workshops to enhance the professional development of advancement professionals, primarily serving higher education, independent and parochial schools, and healthcare organizations. In 2017, she took on the additional responsibilities as Executive Director of Gonser Gerber Search.
