In my most recent role, I was promoted twice as a result of my ambition and problem solving ability. There was no specific leader in my department, so within the first week, I had learned my role and started organizing our department. This was no small feat. There were huge piles of boxes filled with product labels everywhere. Over the next month, I worked to have racks installed and began the inventory and alphabetation of material. Our production team also did not have a schedule, nor was any team using the same software, so I trained each department head how to use the project management software we had, and created a functional schedule that is still being utilized. Since then, we have seen an increased sales velocity of 2.5 times, as we are able to keep our customers in stock and as a result, keep their Amazon listings continuously active. In addition to running my department and managing all of our white label customers, I was managing the launch of our personal brand since the beginning of the year. I oversee the tasks of my team, as well as 5 developers.I left HBNO last year to focus on finishing my Bachelor’s degree, but am almost finished and ready to re-join the workforce with my newly acquired education.
