I am the Operations Manager at Stapleton Sausage Co., a family owned and operated business servicing the Greater Vancouver and Sea-to Sky areas of BC. My professional background includes 8 years of business management experience, 15 years of corporate office experience, and over 10 years of human resources and communications experience. I have established a reputation as a problem solver with an emphasis on process improvement. In addition, I have experience as an effective communicator, editor, and corporate trainer with strong analytical and technical abilities.In 2014, I made the decision to change careers and start working solely for Stapleton Sausage Co. This was one of the best decisions of my life, and I am now enjoying my career more than ever working with my Dad and Business Partner, Lorne Stapleton. We continue to sell our sausage at farmers' markets in the Greater Vancouver area and are now also selling our Sausage in over 40 specialty retail stores in BC.
