I am the Director, Corporate Strategy & Project Management Office (PMO) with Atlantic Central and League Savings and Mortgage with more than 25 years' experience in business management. After successfully implementing Atlantic Central's PMO, my continuing role is to manage the companies' strategic and enterprise planning, and provide oversight and methodology to the companies’ projects and portfolio management for the companies' strategic initiatives.   Before the formation of Atlantic Central, I was the Redevelopment and Project Manager at Credit Union Central of PEI where I led many enterprise development initiatives. I was deeply involved in the creation of Atlantic Central: from the original Business Plan Team, to leading the communications and change management process in PEI to a unanimous membership approval.  Prior to joining the Credit Union system I worked in the private sector, holding senior management positions in tourism and hospitality; emergency medical services; and facilities and property management. In these roles, I was responsible for operations and organizational development as well as the planning and implementation of a diverse range of initiatives and projects. I have a Bachelor of Business Administration from UPEI, hold a Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) and a Certificate in Enterprise Analysis from York University, and I'm a Certified Change Management Practitioner (CMP) through Prosci.
