About Jennifer Stevens

With over 20 years of experience in the freight forwarding and shipping industry, I am an operations manager with a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service, managing complex ocean freight processes, and leading cross-functional teams. I was recently Operations Manager for the USA at Nowports, a digital platform that provides global supply chain solutions for importers and exporters.In this role, I collaborate with the IT global team to improve the platform for US operations, manage the USA import and export operations, monitor staff performance, and oversee the P&L responsibility.
