Responsible for the Supervision of bus drivers and monitors; Assists with the supervision of all office staff, including discipline from verbal reprimands up to termination; Directly supervises all Special Education (SPED) transportation to include drivers, monitors, and routers and directly oversees and manages all SPED routing; Communicates directly with parents and school administrators to include resolving complaints or concerns and addressing bus conduct issues; Assists with the bus driver and monitor payroll (KRONOS); Operates school bus as needed.I have now been a Supervisor for three years. As a result, I have had the opportunity to learn many different aspects of Transportation from camera installation, payroll, student management, safety and compliance, routing, SPED, and training to include CDL licensing. I have also utilized many different programs: Kronos, Munis, Focus, Frontline, Oracle, Seon, Angel Trac, REI, Transfinder, Google Drive, and Microsoft Office.

Directly supervises the lead driver/trainer staff and implements and oversees all safety training; Assigned to the district safety committee as the representative of Transportation with the responsibility to determine safety concerns and implement resolutions; Investigates all school bus-related accidents, completes all required paperwork; Completes and maintains all records related to the licensing, training, and evaluation of all drivers and monitors; Responsible for collection and assessing all driving records (MVRs) for hiring purposes and maintaining employment status; Directly responsible for the supervision of approximately 150 bus drivers and monitors and oversees and resolves all bus conduct issues; Assists with the supervision of all office staff, hiring of employees and responsible for making routine decisions, including discipline from verbal reprimands up to termination; Responsible for and directly supervises the installation and maintenance of the school bus camera and GPS system; Communicates directly with parents and school administrators to include resolving complaints or concerns and addressing bus conduct issues; Helped to build a program to use for bus conducts, this helpedmaintain better communication between staff, drivers, and school; Assists with the preparation and compiling of the bus driver and monitor payroll; Helped to build a Transportation Handbook
