Report directly to the President, responsible for managing all aspects of operations for a 100,000 SF warehouse and marketing distribution center with a 100+ person staff and $85 million in sales closing our last fiscal year.Responsible for day-to-day operations, including staff supervision, purchasing, importation, inventory, budgeting, projections, accounts payable/receivable and management of the warehouse. Redesigned receiving and picking operations to incorporate an automated by location pick and pack system, trained users. This system eliminated excise staff resulting in a $30,000 annual labor cost savings.Specified program development needs for a fully customized purchase, sales, and inventory system completing the project on time and under budget.Able to constantly work under pressure of time lines as 80% of all purchases are Just in Time inventory allocated purchases, with barely cushioned delivery time frames

Facilitated the successful opening of three new restaurant locations.
