My position initially began as a part-time Finance/Personnel Technician, and I was promoted to Senior Account in June 2017. In November 2018, the opportunity arose for me to step into the Interim Finance Director position, and I was promoted to the position permanently in July 2019. Since then, I have served as Acting City Manager when necessary, among additional responsibilities. I have consistently fulfilled needs in other roles as they arose.

With my husband, Timothy Styczynski, we have created a craft coffee roastery and cafes that promote our joint passion for love, dignity, and respect while connecting communities through coffee.

My position initially began as an Executive Assistant in a two-man team. I became a Partner in January 2002 and an Owner in January 2004 when my partner retired. During that time, I became an Enrolled Agent, a federally licensed tax specialist, which I actively maintain.
