In this role, I lead the development and implementation of cost optimization plans, corporate restructuring efforts, manage daily operations, provide strategic direction and ensure the successful execution of the Company's organizational goals and vision. My responsibilities and expertise also includes corporate governance and compliance, joint ventures, M&A opportunities and due diligence, strategic partnerships and investments, ESG, litigation, labor and employment, data privacy, cybersecurity, contract negotiations, insurance recoveries, and review and preparation of SEC filings. As a former patent litigator, I have extensive experience in intellectual property portfolio management and negotiating intellectual property licensing agreements. Highly valued as a mentor and sponsor of legal talent who attracts and retains diverse, high-performance teams, I am the executive sponsor of the Women in Tech ERG and the Take Charge of Your Career Program. At Lenovo, I was an executive sponsor and a board member of the Hispanic ERG. From 2018-2019, I served as the National President of the Hispanic National Bar Association, where I oversaw a board of 70+ members for a national organization comprised of thousands of lawyers.
