Together, we transform the lives of young adults in Vietnam who live in abject poverty, violent situations, suffer from a disability or have been subjected to human trafficking. We have taught more than 17,000 young men and women an occupation, and then secured them stable jobs. By teaching young adults a profession, they gain not only the tools for a prosperous career, they get the confidence for a strong start in life.

REACH is a local non-profit organization in Vietnam. working to overcome the high unemployment rates by providing tailored training to disadvantaged youth. REACH targets disadvantaged youth between the ages of 16-30, who do not have access to formal vocational training programs because of barriers such as poverty, lack of education, and difficult family circumstances. REACH students include street and migrant youth, youth living with a disability, school dropouts, unemployed secondary school graduates, and ethnic minorities. We also cater to marginalized groups such as trafficked women, domestic violence victims, and those affected by HIV.We have set up 04 social enterprises within REACH’s ecosystem. These social enterprises are hybrid models that create dual effects to achieve REACH’s mission of supporting disadvantaged youth all over Vietnam sustainably.
