• Social media marketing on both Facebook and Instagram for the purpose of creating followers, sales and orders• Product development – research, budget preparation and creation of all bespoke products such as Christmas Eve,Easter, Mother’s Day and Father’s Day boxes• Time management in terms of delivery bookings before (and during) evening deliveries to ensure all customersreceive their orders within the allotted time slot• Stock control and rotation- ensuring enough stock is delivered from the hub in Exeter to fulfil orders• Continual contact with customers on any product enquires and orders via messages and/or telephone• Payments handled via cash, card and PayPal for pre-orders and deliveries• Liaising with suppliers to get the best prices possible
