• Adhere to all DDF "World Class" Customer Service Standards.• Ensure that the shop (including sub stores) is clean and tidy at all times.• Ensure that all merchandises are properly priced, maintain displays in areas as displayed by the Display/ merchandise team & maintain ongoing replenishment of all stocks sold. • Update prices of merchandise in the event of rice mark-up/ mark-down.• Report - PLU's Not Found, price/ delivery irregularities to the area supervisor immediately.• Inform the supervisor of specified Operational issues (as per Operational Policy).• Check product expiry dates and rotate stocks regularly for perishable items.• Channel customer requests, complaints, suggestions & comments to supervisors for further action.

• Check and/ or prepare requisitions for delivery of sufficient stock to the Shop floor from either main stores or suppliers. • Ensure stock is displayed according to agreed guidelines and standards.• Continually monitor displays to reflect stock situations. • Inform all concerned parties regarding stocks out, new products and general product information. • Receives stocks according to procedures and policies.• Ensure stock on display is up to date, old items are removed, expiry checking is completed and follow up of non availability of products is done.• Set up of promotions and ensure availability of items.• Serve customers for all brands and houses.• Operate ECR as and when necessary.• Perform any other responsibilities as deemed necessary by the Supervisor - Shop floor.
