To be Finance & Controller are responsible for1. Preparation of analytical reviews and reporting packages for Corporate level including profit and loss analysis, P&L and BS Budgeting and Planning, Cash flow forecasting, Capital expense forecasting, and related variance analyses. 2. In managing financial accounting and reporting activities with local outsourcing tax accounting firm for China & Taiwan Subsidiary. Produce Financial report to comply with Local and IFRS accounting guidance. 3. From Finance analysis (contract T&C's terms/ project cost analysis/cash flow control and risk assessment...etc) to support Local Managing Director on business development.4. Provide contract information and project status to internal auditor and supervise all of accounting activities for China/Taiwan Legal entity.5. Prepare financial reports as needed for statutory, banking, investment and other purposes. 6. In design and implementation of Corporate accounting policies (compliance with IFRS) and procedures across International companies. 7. Improve timeliness and accuracy of financial closing and reporting for China/Taiwan Subsidiary Company.8. Maintain a repository of historical financial data for International companies. 9. Taiwan Tax Regulation Consulting. To support Overseas Country with favorable tax saving in Taiwan. 10. Assume other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed.
