Our product is specifically structured to reduce ordinary and passive income liabilities. Our Capital Gains Product includes a similar model, but assets are created within newly designated Opportunity Zones. GPC provides solar power to home owners and nonprofit organizations at a discount to local power rates through a Prepaid Power Purchase Agreement that accounts for 75% of the system cost, our Tax Credit Purchasers provide the remaining 25%.
