 Recently acquired my LSS Green Belt. Currently working on Mini tab and Data analysis for break through project. Maintain the Alamodome’s HVAC system, including air handling units, exhaust fans, cooling and heating water systems, fan coil units, and ice rink chillers. Administer work order system by inputting completed work orders, and preventative maintenance system database to effectively maintain the Alamodome planned and unplanned maintenance.  Create and submit to management, a monthly maintenance report that contains data derived from multiple sources, including the CMMS, PM Database, Work Orders, and Daily Reports. Operate Building Control System (METASYS) using energy-saving schedules to reduce energy usage. Administer an effective procurement and payment procedures for goods and services (SAePS Shopper). Procure goods/services utilizing contracts and preparing purchasing requisitions through approved policies. Assist in the development of specifications and solicit vendors for goods and/or services for small and medium sized projects/purchases. An effective team member in event support. These duties include taking calls from event command, monitoring ice and chiller compressors during ice events. Critical in the operation of new phone charging stations and patron lockers that have been recently installed. Effectively coordinate and communicate with contractors to effectively execute projects. Successfully assisted in the completion of nine challenging projects related to the 2018 NCAA Final Four.  Assist in the coordination of 55 million dollar stadium renovation in 2017-18, including the successful integration of new HVAC and other systems into the existing building.
