I began this journey at 16, when the owner of a pharmacy hired me. I enjoyed work, I enjoyed helping people, and building relationships with the customers. From there I went into the ambulance industry. I had a wide variety of responsibilities including insurance verification, answering emergency calls, dispatching, billing, lead, and customer service supervisor. I continued to learn and absorb it all. I started using a new software and noticed all the employees were always happy and their energy was contagious. I wanted that, I wanted a place where I can flourish. I took the leap to an amazing SaaS company, my values aligned perfectly. This was where I really learned the tech field, each day I was challenged in a positive way. The way everyone supported each other was refreshing, it was perfect. As we know unfortunate decisions need to be made and I was laid off. I am continuing to cheer them on and believe they will continue to make a huge impact on getting individuals transportation. I have a wide range of skills that I can go on and list but I know I am capable of learning new skills. I want you to know the type of person I am!! I pull my sleeves up and jump right in, if someone needs help I am right there, I believe there is a solution to every problem, and I do not know everything but I do know I am loyal and extremely dedicated. I am not looking for a position to get by, I want to find the one (not a person) and stay with that company until I retire which will be a long time. I have a year of tech but I know this is what I want and I know the right person will see what I have to offer.
