Responsible for all areas of receiving, production, packaging and shipping on my assigned shift and leading into the next shift. Responsible for ensuring the steel coils were pulled for slitting on the orders scheduled for production. Sometimes responsible for scheduling, but always responsible for production of orders scheduled and that high standards for quality were met. AS400 system utilized daily. Located, purchased, imported, bred, produced and sometimes trained German Shepherd Dogs from Europe(Holland, Germany and the Czech Republic). Canines were placed with Police Departments, Search and Rescue groups and active family companions and protectors. Personally handled all advertising, sales and customer service.

Turned diamond dressing tools on center to specification by blueprints, utilizing an optical comparator to find the center of the diamonds embedded in the metal shank. Ground parts with tolerances typically +/- .0002. Procedure - take each batch of parts from start to finish, performing each process. Frequently cross trained others to do my job.
