Objective:Supporting the Sales Manager and Account Managers to achieve optimum utilization of resources and opportunities for the development of sales with the desired margins.Main tasks and responsibilities:• FAQ / help desk for customers and internally.• Supervising sales operations and co-perform direct marketing activities in collaboration with account and trade marketing.• Thinking and elaborate account (annual) plans and discussions.• Coordinate and implement activities relating to internal and external sales: actions, demos, provide information to new customers etc.• Reporting the status of A & P budgets per account / group account (With SAP financial monitoring budgets for project & tune with invoices).• Preparation of Budget, Margin, Range and Condition Statements of accounts and monthly analyzes using the sales data.• Administrative support and information to sales manager and account managers.• Creating customer / customer group analysis and product analysis. (eg based on software programs IRI and BI)• Ensure internal coordination with Sales, Production Management and Logistics regarding stocks and Relaunches launches.• Maintenance of master data (name and address).
