The Accounting /Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for managing all aspects of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, as well as assisting in the production of monthly financial statements as requested by the Director of Operations. This position has primary responsibility for commissions tracking on all policies and fee based revenues for the agency to assure that actual revenues balance to the expected per applicable contracts and fee schedules. Must keep accurate records and balance all reports and ledgers monthly. Under the direction of the Director of Operations the Position also oversees the employee and company license renewals, terminations, etc. This person is also involved in the management of internal HIPAA policies and procedures to insure compliance with privacy regulations applicable to the Agency. Assists with all IT projects internally with the help of outside IT vendor. This position also oversees the Live Well at the Wilson Agency Wellness committee and is responsible for planning, purchasing, and executing any and all facets of the wellness program.
