Leads the development and management of the overall migration and retirement process. Implements governance programs to continue to maximize the value of our strategic alliances with our suppliers and internal stakeholders. Manages and evaluates progress and ROI results for the Plan of Record projects, including workload balancing and resource alignment. Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.
