I have spent the last 20+ years of my life in the human performance and medical space. I have moved from being my own high performer as a D1 soccer athlete to working with the best in the world at Stanford Medical School as a Resident and Faculty to bettering lives as an Operating Room Doctor to catalyzing elite performers to reimagine what is possible as the Chief Medical Officer and Director of Operations at Liminal Collective Human Performance, for Logitech. All of these experiences culminated in my uncovering my true purpose- helping women succeed, lead, and flourish. With those goals in mind, myself and a powerful team have founded PROSPER- a company devoted to women's wholistic performance.My unique background in athletics, fitness (ACE), exercise physiology (MS), medicine (MD), leadership, human performance, and business have allowed me to work with the best in the world across multiple genres ranging from professional and Olympic sport to elite military, creatives, and business. At Liminal I have used my physiology background, medical knowledge, and leadership skills to create curriculums, events, and content for elite and non-elite personnel and teams. I am passionate about athletics, leadership, democratizing elite human performance skills, and opportunity - specifically for women. I deeply believe women deserve programs designed for their unique physiology, social and occupational challenges, and perspectives on life, balance, and success.
