I lead the stock and merchandizing team where we would intake and process shipments (in excess of 300 boxes weekly). I would train and coach team members so that our production was above company expectations. I specialized in setting planograms and merchandizing new product. I was responsible for performing AD sets prior to store opening ensuring all marketing was accurately placed and set to company standards. I closely monitored sales goals as well as payroll costs to ensure accurate distribution. I performed return to vendor shipments as well as out of stocks, damages and inventory counts.

As the executive assistant I was responsible for recruiting and interviewing potential sales associate candidates for retail locations.
