Jennifer Wall is a Partner and a Practice Group Leader with the Family Law Group at Harrison Pensa. She practices in family law, with a special focus on the intersection of family law and trust, corporate, and estates issues. Jennifer serves clients who are separating from a spouse, working out co-parenting arrangements, or drawing up agreements before they marry or move in together.Clients turn to Jennifer for help in resolving challenges related to custody and access, child and spousal support, divorce, division of property, and restraining orders. Jennifer believes strongly in preventing problems before they arise whenever possible, so she also advises clients on the creation of domestic contracts such as marriage, cohabitation, parenting, and separation agreements.Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law. She has become deeply involved in the London community, where she taught in the Faculty of Law at Western University for four years and is a Trustee of the Middlesex Law Association, currently serving as Vice President.
