Managed calibration of instruments for metrology department. Trained colleges and staff, in the usage of instrument processes. Utilized electrical and mechanical knowledge on assigned tasks and projects. Learned ISO-9000: 2000 and other quality standards, attention to detail with regard to calibration service and related documentation.

Worked on a 50 Million dollar seismic, wind, and water infiltration project. Assisted higher-grade engineers with the review of contract plans and specifications prior to issuance of Invitation to Bid, and forwards to appropriate Engineers for technical review. Prepared and monitored requested samples in accordance of the conditions of the contract. Reviewed partial payment requisitions submitted, for accuracy of mathematical computations and extensions to insure that the dollar value of completed work did not exceed the lump sum contract. Prepared modifications in the contract; complete with funding facts, record of negotiations, letters of transmittal, and fund citations.
