Served as the lead for Mölnlycke Health Care's new intranet as part of the Corporate Communications team. Key responsibilities included ensuring the intranet's usability, visual design and appearance, leading the intranet governance group, writing news articles and editing site content. Took on various other communication responsibilities, including serving as chief editor for the company's sustainability report and providing communication support to internal business unit clients.

Responsible for adapting new regulatory processes to be used by the business and informing the organisation, including all market companies, of the regulatory changes. Together with my project team, I also developed web based reporting software to support the processes. I had budget responsibility. The role was cross functional and I worked closely with senior business leaders in Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Global Marketing and local markets to secure the roll-out of the new KOL engagement standards.

Based in the Global Marketing department, I was responsible for strategic planning as well as operational deliveries of international marketing meetings, events and activities. I worked closely with internal stakeholders and external event organisers, contracted and coordinated agencies and represented AstraZeneca at industry meetings. I also managed budgets and contributed to the development of marketing materials and website updates.
