The purpose of my role is to provide nurse educator-specific training and address regulatory training as needed. I will engage in continuous process improvement and work closely with institutional leaders. The goal is to support a thriving faculty experience that positively impacts the learning experience and outcomes.

Coached Instructors to adopt multiple Salesforce platform features that improved Instructor efficiencies in learner outreach, communication, and follow-up on academic progress. Designed, developed, and implemented a cross-functional team 6-month pilot with 1st Term learners that reduced withdrawals by 34%. Developed and delivered faculty training to facilitate launch. Provided change management leadership, communication plan, data analysis, and celebratory touchpoints throughout the project.Designed, implemented, and delivered faculty training on Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) tools and practices. Designed, implemented, and delivered faculty training on Adult Learning Theory and using technology in distance learning to elevate faculty practices and improve learner engagement.
