Coordinated the installation of network performance tool resulting in capacity monitoring and forecasting dashboards, including long term trending. Drove network element IP update and process improvement for SoCal Region resulting in reduction of actionable vulnerabilities from 1800 to 500 in 5 months. Radio Frequency Engineer – Wireless Network Engineering, Whites Creek, TN July 2012 to July 2013Market engineer responsible for new cell designs and existing cell modifications to increase capacity for customers including the design and roll out of new AWS spectrum across market footprint.Led cross functional team in process improvement for new cell site build across the region resulting in reduced excess inventory and shortened time between design and implementation.
