As a former teacher and instructional coach of 15 years, I have developed a passion for supporting adults in continuing their professional growth through on-the-job training and mentoring. My background in curriculum design and support with implementation along with supportive feedback has provided me with opportunities to ensure professionals have the tools and materials they need to succeed. Learning does not stop once a degree is earned or position is accepted! Building skills that support the company at large, while developing individual capacity positively impacts the work environment and employee job satisfaction.
