Director Of Talent Acquisition
Current- Lead national talent acquisition function as a Senior Leader, scaling the organization from start-up to mid-size going from 60 to 170 full-time staff over 3 years - Lead annual hiring of 200+ AmeriCorps Fellows with 93% retention across 5 regions- Collaborate with Compliance Team to ensure TA alignment to federal grant compliance- Lead recruitment operations, including SEO, A/B testing and building techstacks and workflows- Develop, manage and mentor national recruitment team of 8 direct reports- Partner with Executive Leadership to strategize scaling of organization across new industries and states- Manage execution and maintenance of compensation structure with a focus on equity- Consult with Executive Leaders on market trends to inform business decisions- Manage annual budget of $1.5 million- Execute full-cycle recruitment for Senior/Executive level roles within the organization- Manage and analyze KPI's to inform process and improvement efforts- Set sourcing standards and practices with a focus on diversity sourcing- Develop and maintain organization's first Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - Implemented early talent strategy to foster employer branding with colleges and universities - Manage all recruitment marketing efforts - Greenhouse Admin and Superuser, focused on reporting to drive business decisions- Strategic Workforce Planning, HCI Certified
