In my role, I ensure that day to day operations of a financial service firm are running smoothly. I handle all HR related matters and take on marketing needs of the firm as well. I represent the firm with the local chamber of commerce and oversee all charitable endeavors including direct team participation in local charities.

I ran the day to day operations of WWM. I oversaw anything from client experiences and organization management, to charity events and website maintenance. I worked directly with the Managing Partner to ensure that all client needs were met along with the company's financial objectives.

I worked directly with the Managing Partner to deliver exceptional service, ensure that a client's needs are met from a servicing and planning standpoint. I worked with our Director of Marketing to develop new lines of communication with our clients, and to continue to develop the WWM brand.

I managed a database of 20,000+ clients. I ensured all servicing needs on existing policies were addressed while helping to establish new relationships with financial advisors. I worked with a team of 20 financial advisors among our four Chicagoland offices to alleviate all client concerns and to cover all aspects of a client's financial planning. I also helped to drive new sales for our agency and in the four years that I was running the program, sales were up over 200%. I currently hold an insurance license, securities license and am registered with FINRA.

I was a licensed insurance agent specializing in working with individuals over the age of 55. Through a fact finding process, I helped secure final burial expenses, protect against a long term care event, educate new Medicare qualifiers about Medicare and Medicare supplement insurance. In my short time with the company, I also helped to train new recruits on phoning technique and language.
