As a diversely experienced professional in the health and wellness promotion field, I have worked in several roles, with various groups of people, and in a wide range of settings including workplaces, fitness centres, schools, long-term care facilities, communities and online spaces - always with the overall goal of helping to improve quality and quantity of life.A significant time in my career was spent in public health where I became particularly passionate about and skilled in developing, implementing and evaluating population health promotion programs, policies and strategies. It’s this passion and expertise, combined with my other professional and personal experiences, that led me to my current work of leading a wellness tech start-up called Wehl.Wehl is an all-in-one healthy lifestyle app with the mission of using the power of social support to inspire wellness and spread good!
