As a Veteran, I understand making that transition can be difficult. As part of this group, I provide training and assist transitioning military personnel on their journey to find civilian jobs. - Established satellite-location of newly developed organization, providing enterprise support to Marine Corps Enterprise Network users on classified and unclassified networks. Held top role of a 10-person team, was solely responsible for ensuring mission of higher headquarters, in North Carolina, was being met. - Engaged in continuous cross-functional collaboration with entire organization to establish universal procedures for all satellite locations’ administrators in order to improve support for users along the eastern United States.

- Migrated over 300 users from on-premises email to O365 accounts; worked diligently with higher O365 administrators to troubleshoot any licensing issues with users accessing O365 products. - Adjusted user support processes when the user population went from zero to 50 percent telework ratio; became proficient in Microsoft Teams and developed training aides for users in hybrid working situations.- Collaborated with SharePoint administrators on adding workflow processes and accessibility features to my section’s webpage in order to be more efficient and transparent for user support.

- Trained 6 junior instructors in administrative and technical responsibilities of teaching a class consisting of 30 entry level students each; curriculum included: installing and configuring virtual machines for servers for active directory and exchange, user workstations and network storage. - Completed over 2000 hours of instruction to entry level, supervisor level and managerial level students in basic networking (routers and switches) and data systems (servers, end user support).

- Responsible for the personal and professional development of over 40 team members in both conus and deployed environments.- Coordinated logistics of equipment and personnel to meet necessary training standards for the company for several exercises- Assistant manager of service desk providing deskside support to users requiring tier 1 to tier 2 admin support of active directory, exchange, and call manager VoIP services on unclassified, classified, and coalition classified networks.

- Responsible for the proper accountability and maintenance of over $1.5M worth of equipment.- Restructured gear documentation in order to allow for a more efficient accountability process.- Provided tier 1 troubleshooting for network users incidents.
