About Jennifer Yoder

At Cisco, I pride myself on the the motto "Customers For Life" as I proudly cover and serve SLED customers (State & Local Governments & Education) as an Account Manager. To me, the definition of success is when my customers are successful. Starting out at Cisco in 2010 on the Operations side, I always wanted to be customer facing and worked my way into the role of Account Manager. I am extremely committed to providing extraordinary customer service and success. Highly motivated and detail-orientated with a dedication to helping customers overcome challenges through innovative and creative solutions. I am in it for the long-haul with my customers. My passions outside of work include traveling, golfing and spending time with family.
