Jennifer is an entrepreneur who has a passion for business and real estate. In 2003, she earned her “real life MBA” by quitting her corporate job at Cisco Systems and founding and growing her own residential cleaning company from the ground up. A few years into her cleaning business, Jennifer decided she was tired of paying rent for office space and went out in search of a her own commercial building. She stumbled upon a building that contained enough office space to run her cleaning company and it came with a functioning self storage business. After building strong business systems and staffing for her cleaning and storage businesses, Jennifer decided to further pursue her passion for real estate by joining the Fortune Builders community. Along with her husband Josh, they began rehabbing houses throughout the Bay Area. Fascinated with the idea of “becoming the bank” and controlling real estate without owning it, Jennifer is an avid mortgage note investor. Jennifer is currently building her companies note portfolio by specializing in distressed debt.Jennifer's greatest accomplishment is being a loving wife and proud mother of her two active boys! She is proud to say that she was able to get her husband Josh out of the rat race and into overseeing the cleaning company. Together they run all of their businesses. In addition, being an entreprenuer has given Jennifer the ability to own her time. She is able to be involved in all of her kids activities.
