While earning both a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Information Science from the University of Pittsburgh, I began building a satisfying and rewarding career in Web development and programming. Later adding roles in information technology consulting, application development, and programming analysis, I’ve always enjoyed thinking creatively and critically to solve problems and empower people through technology. As Director of Product Management at VPO, I lead and mentor a team of application developers and software architects ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed. In addition, I work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer experience, marketing, and sales, to ensure a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's goals. I especially enjoy adding value for our VPO clients by making their everyday tasks easier and more streamlined through automated processes and customized applications. My background with client and server-side applications development helps me deliver the best solutions for our customers. When I’m not working, you’ll find me reading, crafting, and spending time with my family.
