Through sports, I have learned how to work as an individual and a team, set and achieve goals, and see that you can learn valuable experience through defeat as well as victory. Communications/Journalism - My education and work experience allows me to understand the economics behind reporting to the public. In college I studied the history of journalism in our country and how American culture reflects our media/journalism today. Goals: Helping others learn and develop as individuals has always been a passion of mine. Whether it be through art, sports, history, or communications, I continue to pursue my goal, as a leader to my peers and the community, to unite communities of the Monterey Bay to have a stronger economy and culture.
