In October 2021 the Membership Committee is launching the new "MAACME Chats" series. Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME)--this past spring ACCME 2021 meeting introduce a new longitudinal learning experience--Working Groups. Designed to facilitate collaboration to create tools and resources for the CE Community. As a Consultant, I participated in the Working Group, Beyond the CME Office: Professional Development of Departments and Unit-Based CME/CPD Leaders to Help Advance the Field of CME. We conducted the work in the weeks leading up to the ACCME 2021 Meeting and presented the fruits of our labors during the closing plenary. The purpose of the Working Group is to continue future collaborations to framework scholarship training to meet the educational needs of 'frontline' CME/CPD Leaders and Team's due to lack of knowledge and experience. Watch for these tools Spring 2022. Councilwoman-The first African American woman to serve a 2nd term. Vigorous engagement in meeting planning, hospitality, special events planning, Women in Local Government and Community Advocacy. Focuses on Community Health education, Adult Learning and building Community Relations. Higher education Rowan University Alumni and Temple University Professional Meeting Management.
